Readiness for change is an important factor in successful implementation and scale-up of a new practice or program in schools. Assessing and developing readiness prior to implementing data-based individualization (DBI) increases the likelihood of success and may save time, resources, and effort. This document provides considerations for creating readiness to implement DBI successfully.
