This module focuses on collecting informal diagnostic data to guide intensification decisions within the data-based individualization (DBI) process.

  • By the end of this module, you will be able to
  • Recognize where diagnostic data fit within the DBI process.
  • Identify potential diagnostic data sources to determine why a student is not responding to an intervention delivered with fidelity.
  • Apply a structured process for selecting, collecting, and reviewing diagnostic data to identify patterns in student performance.

To access this content you will need to log in or register for an account in the PROGRESS Center and NCII Learning Module Library. In addition to the self-paced module, the course includes a collection of resources highlighted in the module and a course completion certificate. You will only be able to access the course completion certificate once you have completed the module. Please contact studentprogressmoodle@air.org with any questions.
