Keys to Creating Collaborative, Efficient, and Effective Intensive Intervention Team Meetings, shares the important role teams can play in implementation of intensive intervention and identifies strategies to improve meeting efficiency and effectiveness. Staff from the Exceptional Children department in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools convened a group of their teachers in Spring 2020 to share their perspectives and ideas.
