NCII Staff Story: Paul Steinle

NCII Staff Stories

“When I think about the impact that DBI and NCII resources can have on supporting students with disabilities, I think about how their teachers easily have access to these resources and can use them immediately in their work.”

That focus on turning research into practical tools for educators is what drives Paul Steinle's work at NCII.

Paul supports the development of resources that help educators provide effective instruction and intervention for students with intensive learning needs. He also works with districts and schools to strengthen MTSS implementation and build educator knowledge around evidence-based literacy practices and interventions for students with reading disabilities.

In our latest staff spotlight, learn more about Paul's journey from special education teacher to supporting educators nationwide.
