Phyllis Wolfram

Phyllis Wolfram is the Executive Director for CASE, the Council of Administrators of Special Education. She worked in public education for 35 years upon her retirement. Dr. Wolfram’s’ administrative experience spans 29 years in special education serving as a local director in districts ranging in size from a small rural district to the largest urban district in the state of Missouri. Dr. Wolfram served as the President of CASE from July 2018 to March 1, 2020, resigning her position early to assume the role as Executive Director. She has served on IDEA Reauthorization Committees for both CASE and CEC and on the Board of Directors for CEC. Dr. Wolfram remains active in her state CASE organization and in her local community serving on the board for Burrell Behavioral Health.
