Education Preparation Task Lead and Technical Assistance Provider

Lindsey Hayes is the educator preparation task lead and a technical assistance provider for the National Center on Intensive Intervention. In this role, she collaborates with higher education faculty and professional development providers to incorporate intensive intervention practices into teacher preparation experiences and professional learning opportunities. Hayes currently serves as the intensive technical assistance lead for the CEEDAR Center, supporting over 20 states to create networks between state education agencies, educator preparation programs, and local districts to align preparation policy and practice for teachers and leaders serving students with disabilities. Hayes also has experience leading district-level projects to evaluate the quality of special education services provided to students with disabilities. Hayes earned her M.Ed. in special education from George Mason University and is a doctoral candidate in special education at the University of Northern Colorado.
