Kyle Allen

Kyle Allen, M.S. is a Technical Assistance Provider with the National Center on Intensive Intervention (NCII), where he supports state education agencies, school districts, and educators in implementing data-based individualization (DBI) to improve outcomes for students with disabilities and those with the most intensive learning needs. In addition to his technical assistance work, Kyle supports product development for NCII, ensuring that resources and tools align with the needs of educators. He has contributed to the development of training materials, implementation guides, and coaching supports that help schools and districts strengthen their use of evidence-based practices. Kyle has over a decade of experience as a school psychologist and previously served as the Director of Tiered Supports for Oklahoma City Public Schools, where he led district-wide efforts to implement and scale Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).
