Julia Casasanto-Ferro leads the development and management of NCII’s tools charts—interactive resources that help educators select and implement evidence-based intervention programs and assessment tools in reading, mathematics, and behavior. Julia coordination ensures the charts provide reliable, research-driven information that is accessible and actionable. She is a senior researcher at AIR who has been conducting education research and evaluations for over 15 years. Her work centers around special education and multi-tiered system of supports with a concentration on data-based decision making and evidence-based practices. She earned her M.Ed. in Educational Research, Measurement, and Evaluation from Boston College
