Jason Harlacher, Ph.D.

Jason Harlacher is the education systems task lead and a technical assistance provider for the National Center on Intensive Intervention and formerly the MTSS Specialist at Colorado Department of Education. He provides technical assistance to state agencies and school districts on intensive intervention, classroom management, data-based decision making, and implementation of MTSS. He has over 15 years of experience in education, having previously worked as a school psychologist, district-level coach, adjunct professor, state-level TA provider, and researcher. He presents nationally on topics related to MTSS, is a published author, and holds several publications in peer-reviewed journals. He earned his Ph.D. in school psychology from the University of Oregon in 2009.
